Japan America Society Southern California people visited Ishinomaki to tour the devastated area in Oshika peninsula and joined a mental care center opening ceremony with TAMF friends.

Mr. Shinichi Endo is co-director of this center with Ms. Shimura of Kokoro Smile Project which is supported by TAMF for those children.
